Located away from the city, great views of nature and mountains. Rooms with authentic decor, portable oxygen available for altitude sickness. the staff is accommodating, and breakfast is delicious with a variety of options.
Limited options for food, long waiting time, and no complimentary toiletries. the road to the hotel can be challenging for those who are not used to mountain driving.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and secluded area, which creates a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are well-appointed with plenty of amenities, including comfortable beds and lovely views of the surrounding area.
The hotel is quite far from the nearest town, making it inconvenient to leave the property frequently. , due to the altitude, it can be difficult to adjust to the lack of oxygen during the first few days, which can be uncomfortable for some guests.

The hotel provided a luxurious spa experience with exceptional service by attentive staff. the spa center was well, equipped and offered a range of relaxing treatments, including full, body massage and facial. the treatment room was spacious and well, decorated to create a tranquil ambiance.
The outdoor dining area lacked entertainment and could have had more variety in the menu. the BBQ facilities were sophisticated and allowed for a cozy and intimate dinner experience.

Located in a remote valley close to snow-capped mountains, this hotel offers a majestic view of sacred mountain Meili that's just 180 km away towards Tibet. You can also visit an 800-year old monastery nearby. the rooms are decorated in a Tibetan farmhouse style and come equipped with portable oxygen, though the stairs between the bathroom and the bedrooms can be tiring if you have altitude sickness. Breakfast offers limited variety. the staff is hospitable and the wooden tubs make for a relaxing soak.
The service could improve, as some guests reported issues with housekeeping.

The hotel is located in the Yunnan mountains and by the river, creating a picturesque view from the balcony. The staff was warm and friendly, always ready to share their culture and help arrange transportation. Breakfast provided a variety of options. Hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
